Email-based sessions are just as effective as face-to-face or video therapy. Some people do not like to talk about their emotions and deeper thoughts. Others can explain themselves better in writing. These kinds of sessions may help you to detect significant symbols of your dreams as well as the underlying, unconscious factors of your behaviour. From a cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) aspect, you may figure out your dysfunctional thinking patterns more easily via writing.

The search for symbols in your dreams or the activity of journaling (writing down your thoughts and feelings on a daily basis) can lead to a better understanding of yourself and your connection with others. I will give my reflections on your thoughts and feelings, offer some emotional support, and introduce different coping techniques tailored to your individual needs.

After agreeing on a session, I will send you a questionnaire to evaluate where help might be needed and how I can assist you best. I then take into account all of your answers and generate a lengthy reply filled with insight, techniques on how to improve your situation, and emotional support. The length of my emails ranges between 3000 to 6000 characters.
